VINTAGE RARE CAMEO BLACK & WHITE  RING TWISTED BRASS BAND -NEW OLD STOCK.
Unique cameo with a twisted brass band. The ring has prongs around the cameo but they appear more for decoration, I believe the cameo is glued to the adorned ring.
Please note that I am not a professional jeweler or antique collector. I research items online and use that knowledge before posting.
