Vintage 1944 Pacific Scientific Company T5 Cable Tensiometer. Serial no. 1716. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.I'm not sure how one would go about testing this. So I cannot say even if it works. The glass to it is bent and discolored. . Paint is missing in some areas. And many scratches and discoloration from age and use.
