GUATEMALAN ORANGE JADEITE JADE
Here is a little piece of an orange Guatemalan jade known as "Champagne". I really like the color, translucency and natural shape and feel of this stone. You could make a pendant from this to wear, but it makes a nice little pocket stone too. What really makes this piece stand out is it's red crust! It's so rare to find anything with a red crust like this. Don't miss out!
Good translucency shows a rich orange color.

Our rough jadeite comes from the Motagua River Valley in Guatemala, where it can be found in the ground and stream. No heavy equipment or machinery is used.
This piece was shaped and smoothed at our shop in the USA.
