These will not rust away like the cheaper knock-offs, yet they can still be easily detected with a met If you own a piece of property and want to keep your property corners and boundary line marked but don't want to live with a stake or other above-ground object in your yard forever, this is the solution! Most property corners are marked with rebar, pipe or monuments often buried several inches under the ground. These hot-dipped galvanized pins/markers are approx. 6 1/2" long and have over-sized 2 ¼" diameter heads that can be driven down until they sit flush with the ground. The stakes will even pound through frozen ground or asphalt and allow you to easily mow, walk and drive over them to maintain your property, yet still allow you to easily re-locate them. They provide a convenient way for you to re-locate your survey markers when needed without a surveyor and a shovel! People walking and riding by your property will not even notice them, but you can find them when it's time to install a fence, your neighbor plants a hedge, or when you just want to know where your property corners are located. You can let your grass grow over them so they are not readily visible, or you can also choose to keep them more readily visible when standing above them (similar to a sprinkler head) with a weed eater periodically. If your grass or landscaping gets too grown up over the marker, a simple magnet or basic metal detector will be able to locate the marker's large HDG steel head with ease! Everyone should know where their property boundaries are but no one wants to be "that guy" who keeps stakes, pipes or rocks at their property corners claiming their territory for all the neighbors to see. RETURN POLICY:
Returns will only be accepted if the item is in brand new condition with the original packaging that it was sent to you. If the item has been used it will not be accepted as a return. Returns will only be accepted if the item is unopened. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returns.

To return an item, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. Please inspect your merchandise the moment it arrives.  We will issue you a RA (Return Authorization) number and provide instructions for the return. Once the RA number is issued, your package must be  post-marked within 5 days of the return authorization date. If you exceed the above specified time frame (ie. Did not contact us 30 days after  receiving the merchandise or packages was not post-marked within 5 days of RA authorization date) or we receive an unauthorized refused package or  an undeliverable package, you will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee is based on the merchandise total amount (shipping fee  not included). Items that are returned without a RA number are not eligible for a refund. Please note that refunds are given for the cost of the  merchandise (merchandise plus tax) only. Shipping charges are non-refundable for returns.
