    12.5" Offset Japanese Design Hand Garden Hoe has a 4.5 blade. Blade is in good condition with no nicks but could use a good conditioner to deter rust.  Likewise the wooden handle is in need of a moisturizing wood conditioner.  The wood is natural, unpainted.  Handle grip is 4-7/8 inches with a hole drilled through for a hanging thong.  The metal arm and blade are painted light sage green.  Zoom in photos for a better idea of condition.  Still a sound sturdy tool.
